ZooScholars is an online store offering veterinary and animal-health eBooks covering a wide range of species — including small animals, equines, cattle, avian & poultry, pigs, goats, and aquatic animals. Our goal is to make professional veterinary knowledge accessible to students, professionals, and animal enthusiasts around the world.
💾 2. How do I receive my eBook after purchase?
Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an instant download link on the checkout page and via email. Simply click the link to download your eBook in PDF or compatible digital format.
📱 3. Can I read the eBook on my phone or tablet?
Yes! All ZooScholars eBooks are provided in universally supported formats (like PDF), which can be read on most smartphones, tablets, and computers.
🔁 4. Can I share or resell the eBooks I purchase?
No. All ZooScholars eBooks are protected by copyright. They are for personal use only and cannot be shared, reproduced, or resold.
💳 5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment methods supported by Shopify.
💰 6. Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.
However, if you experience a technical issue (such as a broken or corrupted file) that we can’t resolve, we’ll issue a refund on a case-by-case basis.

Please check your spam or junk folder first.
If you still can’t find the email, reach out to us with your order number and we’ll resend the link right away.
🌍 8. Do you sell physical books or only digital eBooks?
Currently, ZooScholars focuses on digital eBooks for instant access.
However, select titles may be offered in print format in the future.
